I love countires that have an incredible history. I love the Italian way of life. I love the food. I love the people. I love the attitudes of Italians.
Italy, once again, stole my heart. Italy somehow has become a top destination for me, if I don’t know where to go. But I want to see beautiful arhitecture, eat tasty food, enjoy vine, catch some sun & get some beach time. Italy offers almost everything you would desire – from shopping high fashion to skiing down amazing Dolmites, having a romantic getaway in Venice or catch some adrenaline climbing up the vulcano ETNA.
4 days & 3 nights in Italy – Apuglia was enough to recharge and to fall in love with this Italian region.
“I have always loved to plan my travel trips. Almost each detail- where I will stay, what should I see, eat or visit! But my boyfriend is a completely different traveller type. He hates touristic places, he disapproves planning and scheduling travel plans. So this time- we had only booked ahed a two way ticket to/from Bari in Italy. Oh we did book ahead a car in the rental, but at the end we had to book a new one at the airport (but that is a whole new story.
Italy is a dream that keeps returning for the rest of your life- Anna Akhmatova.
I think this trip was amazing & adventurous. Room for the upcoming night I always booked on the exact day, when we knew that we have left with just couple hours of a daylight! Two times I used Booking.com & once Airbnb.com. All of the places we booked were very cool & each of them completely different!
Dare to risk, dare to step out of your comfort zone & travel! You will see diffenent cultures, experience situations that will learn you something new and travelling for everyone is a perfect therapy. Either you will have fun & romance if you travel as a couple, or if you’re a solo traveller- you will find friends for life. The places we visted in APUGLIA were:
- Polignano Al Mare
- Monopoli – my favorite city s it was full with amazing restaurants, bars and full of life ( overnight)

You may have the universe if I may have Italy—Giuseppe Verdi
Italy must be enjoyed slowly without a rush. If you drive around with a car- don’t just go from a point A to point B. Stop everywhere you feel up to. Stop for a walk through small towns and you will be shocked how amazing they can be. This region is very popular among Italians as their holiday destionation. So don’t be surprised to see more Italians than any other tourists around. And one more TIP! Have a dictionary- a book, an app or google translate, as mostly nobody will be able to respond in english. Maybe the younger generation will, but the older- deffinitely wont!
